Teen in Coma After Car Crash Near Burgas Leaves Multiple Injured

A serious road accident in the Burgas region has left a 14-year-old boy in a coma with life-threatening injuries, while several other people, including a child, were also hurt. The crash took place on the road between Karnobat and Aytos, in the stretch between the villages of Klikach and Chukarka, according to Nova TV.
Preliminary information indicates that a car driven by a 24-year-old man from Karnobat lost control after driving at excessive speed on a wet road surface. The vehicle first veered off the roadway and struck a guardrail before returning to the lane, where it collided with another car registered in Burgas. That second vehicle was driven by a 27-year-old man from Malko Tarnovo and was traveling in the right lane at the time of impact.
As a result of the collision, multiple passengers sustained injuries of varying severity. A 35-year-old man suffered a chest injury and was discharged for home treatment. A 33-year-old woman sustained general injuries but declined medical assistance. A 7-year-old girl was also injured, with trauma to the lower leg, and was later released for home care.
The most serious case involves a 14-year-old boy who suffered a severe head injury. Medical reports indicate that he is currently in a coma and his condition remains critical and life-threatening. Emergency services responded to the scene, and the injured were transported for medical evaluation and treatment.
