Atmospheric pressure across the country is on an upward trend and is expected to exceed the average levels typical for this time of year by the afternoon.

Overnight and into Saturday, cloud cover will remain extensive, with brief rain showers occurring in many areas. Winds will be light to moderate, predominantly from the northwest, while eastern regions will see more northerly airflow. Morning temperatures will range between 4°C and 9°C, with around 4°–5°C in Sofia. Daytime highs will reach between 12°C and 17°C, with the capital expected to see around 13°C. Toward the evening, clouds will begin to disperse gradually.

In mountainous areas, conditions will stay mostly overcast, with precipitation falling as rain at lower elevations and as snow above roughly 1500 metres. Winds there will be moderate to strong, coming from the north-northeast. Temperatures will be около 8°C at 1200 metres and close to 2°C at 2000 metres.

Along the Black Sea coast, skies will also remain largely cloudy, accompanied by rainfall in many locations. A moderate north-northeasterly wind will persist. Maximum temperatures will range from 11°C to 14°C, while sea water temperatures will be between 9°C and 10°C. Sea conditions are expected to be slight, with waves around 2 on the Beaufort scale.

On Sunday, precipitation will gradually cease across the country, although some light rain may linger in southern and mountainous areas before midday. Cloudiness will decrease significantly, giving way to mostly sunny weather. Winds will weaken and shift to the west-northwest. Temperatures will continue to rise, with daytime highs reaching between 15°C and 20°C and morning lows between 3°C and 8°C.

At the start of the new week, the trend toward clearer and warmer weather will continue. Conditions will be predominantly sunny, while northwesterly winds are expected to strengthen.
