Bulgaria's DPS: Plevneliev Does Not Have Right To Form Cabinet

President Rossen Plevneliev has neither the moral, nor juridicial right to form a caretaker cabinet, stated the chairman of DPS, Mustafa Karadayi after consultations with the head o state.

Karadayi reckons that this Parliament has exhausted its options. According to him, it is “system parties” that must now decide whether a government might be formed within the framework of the current Parliament.

Without specifying, Karadayi made it clear that DPS has no intention of accepting a mandate for the forming of a cabinet.
