Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov responding on 14 October to a comment made by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov the previous day. Lavrov said that Borisov must feel ashamed before voters of his statement that Bulgaria had stopped three major Russian-backed energy projects on its territory in favour of partnership relations with the United States.
