Minister to Present Online Register Featuring All Tourist Sites in Bulgaria

Tourism Minister Nikolina Angelkova will officially present on Tuesday an online register featuring all tourist sites in Bulgaria.

The register will provide all the available information on the different kinds of tourist attractions on the territory of Bulgaria.

The online register features information on cultural and natural sites, festivals and religious temples, private bTV station informs.

The information gathered from all municipalities shows that there are more than 20 000 tourist attractions on the territory of the country.

The process of splitting the territory into tourist districts will also begin, allowing Bulgarian municipalities to apply for EU funds to renew and advertise their tourist sites.
