Bulgaria's BSP Leader Visits Russia, to Discuss Bilateral Relations

The opposition Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) announced that, starting from Monday, its leader Mihail Mikov is on an official visit to Russia, but the reason for his visit remains undisclosed.
Mikov is to meet Chairman of the State Duma Sergey Naryshkin as well as the leader of the social-democratic party A Just Russia Sergey Mironov on Tuesday, the party's press office informs.
The Socialist leader is also to hold talks with the chairperson of the parliamentary group for friendship between Bulgaria and Russia – Aleksandar Vasilenko.
During his visit, Mikov is to discuss the problems in the bilateral relations between Bulgaria and Russia as well as his party's cooperation with the Russian social democrats.
The deputy chairperson of left-wing ABV and Deputy Prime Minister Ivaylo Kalfin visited Moscow at the beginning of March.
At the end of 2014 the leader of nationalist Ataka party Volen Siderov also paid a visit to the State Duma.
