Anti-cabinet protesters in Bulgarian capital Sofia have blocked traffic on Sofia's main Tsarigradsko Shosse Blvd Sunday.
Traffic at the Mihai Eminescu and Peyo Yavorov Blvds has also been blocked, with obstructions in the city center too.
As of 3.30 pm local time, traffic on Tsarigradsko Shosse has been halted all the way from Aviation Sq to the Sofia University central building, reported the Sofia Town Hall.
Some protesters see a link between the ills that communism brought to Bulgaria and the current situation, in which PM Plamen Oresharski's cabinet is backed by the Bulgarian Socialist Party.
Sunday thousands of students, university professors and ordinary citizens took to the streets of the Bulgarian capital to protest against the perceived lack of morality in Bulgarian politics.
They also carried signs questioning the way the transition period developed in the 1990s.
The march can be seen as a continuation of summer rallies asking for Oresharski's resignation after a string of controversial appointments, which protesters say showed the ill symbiosis of shady business structures and politics in Bulgaria.
