Bulgarian students, from different universities participating in action "Occupation," will announce their political and educational demands by the end of the day Tuesday.

The news was reported by the public radio, BNR.

On Tuesday, the main building of Sofia University remains under blockade, classes are cancelled and the facility is even closed for media. Only students who had a scheduled State exam were admitted inside.

The University Library has reopened.

The protesting "Early Risers Students" again emphatically declared that they will not participate in meetings with government ministers, in response to the repeated invitation of Education Minister Aneliya Klisarova. She did, however, hold a meeting with students who oppose the protests.

Students from the National Academy for Film and Theater Art, which is also occupied, remained silent Tuesday morning and did not block the main "Rakovski" street near the school with a flashmob performance as they did on previous days.

A dozen students occupied late Monday lecture hall 1154 of the Technical University in Sofia, but they say their plans do not include cancellation of classes.

The already 2-week long blockades of universities were triggered by the Constitutional Court's controversial decision to confirm the status of notorious media mogul Delyan Peevski as Member of Parliament earlier in October.

On June 14, Peevski was elected and swore in as chair of Bulgaria's State Agency for National Security, a move that prompted massive anti-corruption protests in EU's poorest member state.

The appointment was canceled, but protesters proceeded to demand the resignation of the Socialist-led government over its suspected ties with oligarchs. The demonstrations were later fueled by a number of other controversial appointments and by wider concerns about corruption.
