Five Lives Lost on Bulgaria Roads Overnight

Five passengers have died as 28 heavy car crashes were reported overnight across Bulgaria, according to the data of the country's Interior Ministry.

Another 30 passengers were injured in the hits, but it was not immediately clear how many are in critical condition.

In the capital city of Sofia the number of traffic accidents during the same period was 52, including two major car crashes, in which two people were injured.

A total of 22 passengers lost their lives in road accidents that occurred on roads across Bulgaria since the beginning of the month. The number of 2013 war-on-wheels' victims has already reached 270.
