Israel May Build Nursing Homes in Bulgaria

Israel may invest in the construction of nursing homes in Bulgaria, it has been made clear during talks between Bulgarian Minister of Social Policy and Labor Totyu Mladenov and his Israeli counterpart.

The nursing homes can be built on a public-private partnership basis, the Bulgarian Standart daily has clarified.

The paper has pointed out that Israel has rich experience in helping the elderly population.

Totyu Mladenov is part of the Bulgarian delegation that is to take part in the second joint sitting of Bulgaria and Israel's cabinets on September 11 in Israel.

The agenda includes the signing of bilateral agreements in the IT, healthcare, culture and education sectors.
