Spanish club Valencia are still hoping to sign Manchester United's unsettled striker Dimitar Berbatov, a report says.

Valencia will make a renewed GBP 12 M bid for the Bulgarian forward after failing to sign him during the last transfer window, according to the Daily Star,

The 30-year-old hitman's current deal expires at the end of the season and reports last month had suggested he would look to leave Old Trafford during the upcoming transfer window unless he agrees a new deal in the coming months.

Even though Berbatov has pledged on numerous occasions that he has no intentions of leaving the Red Devils, he has apparently grown frustrated over not getting any first team opportunities.

The likes of Atletico Madrid, Bayern Munich and Inter Milan are also ready to snap up the prolific forward, it has been recently reported.

Another Spanish club, Malaga, were also said to be among the Berbatov hopefuls, but it is yet to be reported if they have rekindled their interest in him.
