Sofia Gas Station Robbed at Gun Point

An armed robbery occurred in Bulgaria's capital Sofia overnight, the Interior Ministry press center informs.

The robbery happened a little bit after midnight Saturday at a gas station on "Srebarna" street. Two masked and armed men entered the station, threatened the clerk at the cash register, and hit him on the head. The criminals then escaped with a small amount of money – BGN 60.

The employee is a 55-year-old man, reported in good condition and not having visited the hospital.

Police are probing the case.
