Bayern Munich Fancies Bulgarian Star Berbatov - Report

Bulgarian Man Utd star Dimitar Berbatov may move to the legendary German Bayern Munich during the upcoming transfer window.

Bayern is ready to offer a GBP 10 M bid for the Premiere League's top scorer, according to German media. Berbatov, who has stated on several occasions that he is willing to end his career at Old Trafford, was expected to receive a lucrative new contract, binding him with the team until 2014, but is still negotiating the financial conditions.

The deal was expected to see his wages, rise from GBP 100 000 pounds a week to around GBP 140 000 a week. The extension was expected to last until 2014, when he will be 33.
