Multilateral negotiations regarding Iran's nuclear program are going on in Istanbul, Turkey in hopes that some progress and mutual understanding will be achieved.

Besides Iran, talks include the five nuclear powers - Russia, the USA, France, UK, China - as well as Germany.

According to sources, lengthy talks Friday have not achieved any significant results.

Saturday morning Iran's negotiator Saeed Jalili met EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Catherine Ashton, who is the intermediator of the group of 6 countries negotiating with Iran.

Ashton has suggested a bilateral meeting between the Irani and US representatives, which has been declined by the Irani party.
