Government Aircraft to Rescue Injured Bulgarian in Greece

A young Bulgarian, who was injured in a traffic accident in Greece is to be transported to Sofia on the Bulgarian government's "Falcon" aircraft.

The traffic accident has happened in August in the Greek island of Crete and the Bulgarian has been hospitalized there since then. The young Bulgarian is reportedly with a broken backbone.

A doctor and a medical team from the Military Medical Academy in Sofia will be on board of the aircraft.

The transportation will be executed on the order of Prime Minister, Boyko Borisov.

This is not the first time the government's aircraft been used to transport Bulgarian citizens in critical condition, the last occasion being Head of Bulgarian Actors' Union, Hristo Mutafchiev. He recently suffered a cardiac arrest in the Black Sea city of Burgas and the cabinet's "Falcon" immediately transported him to the capital.
