According to the article, the PM said: "It is easy to be far from Bulgaria and to receive information through the media. You wish for the country to change, right? Then come back and give it a try," concluded the PM.
He is right.
Bulgaria is the land of opportunities for skilled and industrious young people.
So many things to improve (not meant in a bad way), which opens a lot of business windows.

"Bulgaria is the land of opportunities for skilled and industrious young people."
Bulgaria is the land of opportunities for all people for the symple reason that there are more jobs than people left in the country. The quantity of Chinese young people who come for graduate studies in Europe is staggering. But guess what -80% of them are doing this in order to have a better job at home and have no plans to stay for too long abroad. While 80% of our young folks go to study abroad hoping they will never need to come back except for holidays.
When I tell my foreign colleagues next year Im going back to my country to do what I do and to apply what Ive learned abroad they all think Im doing the right thing. Only the Bulgarians I talk to think Im doing the wrong thing.

Bulgarians are impatient people, they want everything right now. But mostly they want this from others. Rarely they want to move a finger by their own to improve things.
Waving a poster is easy, but then to go back to BG and try to make things better is something different...
On the other hand the student was right in his critics. It's his right to ask Stanichev this kind of questions.
