"We are not examining each separate case just by itself, but as cases that are interconnected and part of organized crime activity. I fail to see how the State had provided protection and cover-up for the group because the signal for the draining of SAPPARD was received at the Prosecutor's Office on December 4, 2006 and the legal proceedings against Nikolov and Stoykov have been initiated the very next day. There is no cover-up for Stoykov since he has been accused of money laundering,"

Nikolov and Stoykov are in jail, aren't they, Not!? Stupid statement and ongoing lying.

Bulgaria is Corruption, Corruption is Bulgaria.

"There is no cover-up for Stoykov since he has been accused of money laundering," Velchev stated Wednesday."

Then why are they still walking around free? My God where do these people get the balls to lie like this? Velchev's nutsack must be impressive indeed as he seems to be able to declare a turd gold.

So everything is going fine according to Velchev, the OLAF criticism is apparently unjustified, better they just leave him and his team to take care of things.

It's good to know Bulgaria's prosecution service is in such a safe pair of hands! If you are a mafioso, that is...

Much more interesting would be examinations of ISPA funds. Much more money, much more "enjoy for the kids". OLAF, are you brave enough? Or what's about Siemens and the Desiro deal? Have a look on... But of course and for sure, Velchev is already taking care. What way?
