How would you comment on Bulgaria's former tsar/PM Simeon Saxe-Coburg's suit against the Bulgarian state over the restitution of the royal estates claimed by him?

One must respect King or Tsar or Former Prime Minister to enter the Legal Arena to test Bulgarian History through the Constitutional perogative of the Judicial System of the Republic of Bulgaria.

The Historical significance will open precedence of Transparency to open documentation of previous acts of Bulgaria which we call History.

Let us apply the historical relationships of Spain, Denmark, Holland and England all members of the EU with the justification of the Holy Synod of the Patriarch of Bulgaria to define ROYAL ASSET OWNERSHIP that have HISTORICAL ROOTS AND DEFINITIONS.

My fear the current judicial system of Bulgaria is not ready to address the judicial, religious and historical rights of the King or Tsar or Ex-Prime Minister.

He is not the King. Time passes and history moves on. He's not short of a bob or two and he'd have done himself credit if he had buggered off quietly.
However, he's proved himself a scrounging bastard - which is no great surprise. Boot him back out to his beloved Spain or America.

These are not "rights". They were privileges granted by the independent Bulgarian state to a German monarch. Privileges can be revoked. Why on earth should Bulgarians treat this "czar" with respect? He wanted to get into politics, so he has to EARN that respect, not claim it as a right, That's the difference between a politician and a czar.

Through the stroke of a pen or word of mouth, you do not take land or estate property from the King or Tzar.

You find this also with land owned by the Jews that was ceased during WW II.

Previous Constitutional basics and natural law protecting the Tzar/King must be honored before using Bulgarian historical Nazi or Communist influences to eliminate a RIGHT is a disgrace to Bulgarian Tradition and History.

Completely disagree. There are things such as revolutions. Kings and Queens loose their properties (and heads) in them and that's a part of life (and death). Most property of a monarchy was stolen or pronounced the Kings (since all land in country belongs to the King, duh). The revolution happened in BG when commies turned up (I believe). End of story.

BS! The Commies didn't turn up. The Red Army did, and the West gave us away to the Soviets. Stop trying to reinvent history. Simeon was not deposited because of some sort of revolution happening in BG, but simply by a rigged referendum.

And this is the story. As far as the end goes: indeed the end of it came!
Wake up and except it!!!

The questions are
1, What actually belonged to the royal family?
2, What belonged to the state and was in USE by the royal family?

In my view he just came back to steal as much as he could possibly get and did not give a single peanut for the people of Bulgaria. He wanted to get as much back as possible in the quickest time. He was a complete waste of time to Bulgaria.

He should get back what belonged to his family but not what belonged to the state of Bulgaria. This is the issue now, he took more than what actually belonged to him.
