GERB MPs stormed and sabotaged a hearing of agricultural producer who testified before Parliament Commission on GERB government's abuses about schemes in which a circle around outgoing PM Boyko Borissov redistributed markets through institutions, dictated prices and used the prosecutor's office to threaten and deal with inconveniences.

The businessman, who requested anonymity, introduced himself as a large landowner in northwestern Bulgaria and said he had been forced by people close to Borissov not to buy agricultural land, to sell his products at reduced prices, and state agency representatives had forced him to pay a racket if he wants to get water for his plantations.

Media recognized in the anonymous witness the agricultural businessman Svetoslav Ilchovski, who announced earlier this year that he was moving his business to the United States.

Some time ago, he was a key witness in the trial against former GERB MP and then MRF leader Dimitar Avramov.

According to the witness, each sector in Bulgaria is distributed and controlled by businessmen close to the government, and "ministers are puppets."

He submitted a signal to the commission, because so far everything was under control and nothing would happen.

The businessman explained to the deputies that since 2014 he has been forced to sell grain to "Angelov's companies" at reduced prices so that there are no problems, as the pressure is increasing and this continued until the middle of 2020.

"As described in the signal, they then wanted me to sell production at twice the price with the words -what are you not to pay in our country, and he refused. I paid money on purpose, I lost money, just to gain their time," the anonymous witness said.

He accused the Minister of Regional Development Petya Avramova of calling him with an order not to buy agricultural land, threatening him with "our prosecutor".

After he did not comply, an investigation was launched against him for threatening to kill a person in the Stara Zagora region, but nothing came of it.

At this point GERB MPs came into the room and for about half an hour they protested against the convening of the commission at 6 pm, of which the GERB representatives were not notified.

Thus, some of Ilchovski's allegations remained unclear and it was not clear whether he had anything else to say.

GERB representatives warned that each of the people whose names were mentioned by the businessman would seek their rights in court - without it being clear on whose behalf they were speaking.

Minister Avramova said the same: "I do not know this man, I have not called him on the phone, I have not had a dispute over land, I have not dealt with land in my life. I will seek my rights in court."

Later the signal of corruption filed by the witness was published on facebook.
