The newly built center, located between the villages of Opitsvet and Bezden, is the third such center in Europe after Norway and Italy. Its construction began in 2018, and for this purpose BGN 3 million and 700 thousand were provided under the Rural Development Program. A grant of BGN 750,000 was also received from the Municipality of Kostinbrod. The sustainability of the project is also guaranteed thanks to funding under the Norwegian program. The center includes seven houses that will accommodate families, there is also a hotel, sports center, dining room, kitchen and gym. The total capacity is for 40 people. A chapel was built in the base.

The complex consists of 7 houses, equipped with everything necessary for a household. They are located on an area of ​​3600 square meters. Financial legend for him was provided by the football legend Stilian Petrov.

During a visit there, the prime minister announced that the first part of the Europe highway would be opened in early November.
