COVID-19 in Bulgaria: 210 New Cases in 5388 PCR Tests

210 new cases of COVID-19 have been registered in Bulgaria in the last 24 hours. 5,388 PCR tests were performed, according to data from the National Information System.

The most positive samples were reported in Sofia - 59, Plovdiv - 31 and Blagoevgrad - 24.

The total confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Bulgaria are 13,722, of which 5,097 are active. 8,154 have already been cured, of which 174 for the last 24 hours. In the past 24 hours, 12 people have died, bringing the total to 471.

There are 861 patients in hospitals with proven COVID-19. 64 of them are accommodated in intensive care units.

The national information system shows that in our country the medical staff with confirmed coronavirus is 763.
