Cyprus: Only Bulgarians With a Permanent Residence Permit to be Able to Enter Nicosia

According to information from the Bulgarian embassy in Nicosia, from August 1, 2020, only Bulgarian citizens who have a permanent residence permit in the country will be able to enter the territory of the Republic of Cyprus. Upon arrival, they are subject to a mandatory 14-day quarantine. 

Passengers are required to present to the Cypriot authorities a negative result of a PCR test for coronavirus performed up to 72 hours before the arrival, as well as to register in the electronic platform Cyprus flight pass 24 hours before the trip. The electronic platform is available at the following link: https://cyprusflightpass.gov.cy/

We remind you that in the absence of a completed form, a fine of up to 150 euros may be imposed or entry into the Republic of Cyprus may be denied.  / dariknews.bg
