Michael Jackson's TV documentary about the king of pop music is the occasion for turbulent discussions.  "Leaving Neverland" movie tells a story about two men telling a story how when they were children they have been sexually abused by the star. Many radio stations, like the BBC, stopped Michael Jackson's songs. Despite the heated controversy over the artist's approach, exhibition with his portraits is open in Bonn's cultural center.

Pedophile accusations against Michael Jackson are not new. The documentary "Leaving Neverland," which was recently shown in the United States, flames them again. Was it necessary for them to change or cancel the exhibition in Bonn? Curators do not see a reason for this, although, as the director of the prestigious Federal Center says, the reproaches are shocking.

Rhin Wolffs, Director of the Federal Cultural and Exhibition Center in Bonn: The exhibition is dedicated to a cultural phenomenon. It shows its influence on the art world. There are about 100 works of 40 artists gathered in it, which show different perspectives on this important person for the pop culture.
Artists such as Andy Warhol, Jeff Koons, Keith Harring, Paul McCartney have portrayed Michael Jackson.

Rhin Wolffs, Director of the Federal Cultural and Exhibition Center in Bonn: We will organize a discussion, along with the exhibition, which will be dedicated to the accusations. We will not overlook the problem.

The exhibition was prepared two years ago in London. Then the documentary was not yet created. Michael Jackson died in 2009, four years after he was acquitted on charges of pedophilia.
