ABV Does Not Want Mandate But Quick Structuring of Caretaker Cabinet

It is our conviction that this Parliament cannot form a new government, given the declaration of three of the political forces – GERB, BSP and DPS that they will not support and participate in the forming of a new government, stated the Deputy Chairman of ABV Rumen Petkov after consultations with President Plveneliev.

ABV insisted to the president that it is necessary to form a caretaker cabinet quickly.

“It would be a very bad sign if the next elected president appoints a new caretaker government. This has to be worked out beforehand,” said Petkov.
