A second 4.6- magnitude earthquake has struck Norcia in Central Italy on Sunday.

On Monday, the Italian government will announce the measures necessary with respect to the new critical situation, stated Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi.

Renzi described the event as a miracle, given the fact that neither on October 26, nor on Sunday there were any victims after the quake. Most people were not at home during the earthquakes.

The problem is not just massive damage and the loss of historical monuments but the fact that many people have remained without shelter. In the region of Marche alone, their number may turn out to be 100,000.
