Complaints Against Toplofikatsiya Sofia Increase by 216% in One Year

Filed complaints against Toplofikatsiya Sofia have increased by 216% in one year, announced Ombudsman Maya Manolova.

In the last twelve months, 908 clients have filed a complaint against Toplofikatsiya Sofia. As expected, the largest number of complaints was submitted against monopoly ventures and public services providers.

Complaints submitted to the Ombudsman over the last year, compared to the previous period, have increased by 100%. This sets a record in the history of the institution.

A total of 28,420 citizens have sought assistance by submitting 10,501 signals to the institution over the last 12 months.

There is a drastic increase in the complaints against arbitration courts as well. Complaints over the last year have grown by 505%, compared to the previous one.
