Toplofikatsiya Sofia is prepared to turn on the heating for all subscribers in the capital, said on Radio Sofia the spokesperson of the venture Elizabet Pavlova

By law, Toplofikatsiya Sofia is obliged to turn on the heating after three consecutive days with average 24-hour temperatures of below 12 C and a forecast for long-term low temperatures.
