Bulgaria's Dimitrov Backs Down in 2nd Round of ATP Masters Shanghai

Bulgarian tennis player Grigor Dimitrov has been defeated by Vasek Pospisil in the second round of the ATP Masters Tournament in Shanghai (5:7, 6:7 (2)).

This defeat put an end to Dimitrov’s successful advance in the series of tournaments in China.

Dimitrov played at the semi-finals in Chengdu and lost to Andy Murray at the final in Beijing.

The defeat deprived Dimitrov of the opportunity to play against the leader in the world ranking Novak Djokovic.

This is the first win for Pospisil in 5 matches against Dimitrov.
