'Intentional' Blast Leaves 29 Injured in New York, 2nd Device Found

An explosion has left twenty-nine people hurt, none of them critically, but one seriously, New York officials say.

A second device has been found by police in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, where the incident took place, according to CNN.

Mayor Bill de Blasio is quoted as saying no known terror link has been established.

Police have called the development an "intentional act" as CCTV footage shows a person dropping or leaving an object behind in the area where the blast took place.
