Bulgaria's Prime Minister Boyko Borisov defending his visits to Turkey and Germany, where he discussed the migrant crisis with the respective leaders. He referred to US Vice President Biden's trip to Ankara earlier in August. 

Borisov has been under pressure for his decision to meet with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdo?an and convey his demands to German Chancellor Angela Merkel, with the opposition accusing him of acting as a "messenger" and succumbing to Turkey's wishes.
