Bulgaria's Dimitrov Retains 24th Spot in ATP Ranking

The highest-rankling Bulgarian tennis player, Grigor Dimitrov, ranks 24th ahead of his start at US Open, ATP's website shows.

Dimitrov, who has climbed up the ranking over the past few weeks (having been out of the top 30 since May) is to face the world's No 75, ??igo Cervantes, for the first time on Tuesday.

Earlier in August, Dimitrov reached the semifinals at Cincinnati Masters, but was defeated by Croatian player Marin ?ili?.
