Bulgaria Beats Australia in Volleyball World League

The Bulgarian men's volleyball team on Sunday defeated Australia in a FIVB World League match in Dallas (US).

Bulgaria thus managed to retain its spot in the top group after having suffered eight losses in a row.

It won over Australia by 3:2 (25:20, 21:25, 25:18, 23:25, 16:14).

The team finished 11th in the World League's top group with one victory, eight losses and two points and will also play there next year.
