Bulgaria's Prime Minister Boyko Borisov explaining his criticism for US businesses' failure to take a side in a dispute with Westinghouse Electric Company over the construction of Kozloduy NPP's Unit 7. Westinghouse did not accept conditions set out by the government in addition to a shareholders' agreement with the previous cabinet that had already been in place. Borisov said either the company should become an investor into the project or Sofia would not abide by the agreement.
