Bulgaria's Cherno More Draws, Beroe Loses in Europa League Second Qualifying Round

The two Bulgarian teams participating in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League recorded a draw and a defeat in the first leg, which was played on Thursday.

The holders of the Bulgarian Cup, Cherno More achieved a 1:1 draw against the visitors from Dinamo Minsk.

The hosts came in the lead after Mathias Coureur scored in the 11th minute, but Sergei Politevich managed to equalise in the 72nd minute.

Thus, the Belarusian team has an important advantage of having scored an away goal before the second leg, which will be played in Minsk next Thursday.

The team of Beroe, which convincingly defeated its opponent in the first qualifying round, suffered a 0:1 defeat to the visitors from Brondby.

The only goal was scored by Martin Albrechtsen late in the 85th minute, giving the Danish side a comfortable lead before the second leg, which will take place on July 23.
