Bulgaria to Face Turkey in Men's Volleyball Quarterfinals in Baku

The Bulgarian men's national volleyball team will face Turkey in the quarterfinals, which will take place on Wednesday in Baku.

This was determined by the draw, which took place on Tuesday, the official website of the First European Games informs.

Bulgaria occupied the third place in the final standing in Pool B with eleven points, being behind the teams of Germany and Russia.

So far, Bulgaria has recorded four victories, defeating Belgium (3-2), Italy (3-1), Russia (3-1) and Slovakia (3-0).

The only defeat, which the team has suffered, was a 0-3 loss to Germany.

In case Bulgaria proceeds to the semifinals, which will take place on Friday, it will face the winner from the quarterfinal between Poland and Slovakia.
