The Bulgarian Commission on Consumer Protection will be launching mass inspections of clubs along the seaside resorts.

Most prominently, the commission's officers will be checking if the quality of the offered alcoholic beverages is proper.

Another important issue will be if resort clubs offer the necessary accommodations for people with disabilities.

There currently are checks going on all across the seaside coast that will aim to establish if the clubs in fact provide the services they have been registered for. Some of the sites have been known for operating beyond their registered capacities.

The commission has assured customers that it will continue to operate up until the very end of the summer season.

There will be offices available in Varna, Burgas, Slanchev Bryag, Sozopol, Primorsko, Zlatni Pyasatsi, Albena, Kiten, Tsarevo and Obzor. Customers will be able to consult with experts on their consumer rights. They could also get a free consultation if they have doubts if their rights have been violated and then to file an official complaints if this has been the case.
