Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak doesn't have much to say about his Bulgarian counterpart Temenuzhka Petkova's gas hub proposal after the two met on the sidelines of the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) on Friday.

The press office of Bulgaria's Energy Ministry later quoted Novak as saying he would study the proposal.
