Guitarist and singer BB King has died at the age of 89, international media report.
His lawyers say Riley B King (as his full name was) died in his sleep, according to Fox News.
BB King has been a source of influence to a generation of musicians, selling millions of records worldwide.
Throughout his life he has been handed out a total of 15 Grammy awards, tha last one in 2009.
Despite age, it wasn't until long ago that BB King embarked on many concerts and tours across the US and other countries.
