Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras will arrive in Germany Monday for an official visit. The main topic of discussion is said to be the Greek foreign debt and the imminent announcement of government reform proposals.

The Troika creditors have repeatedly demanded that Greece provides a full list of detailed proposals for policy amendments, as reported by the Bulgarian National Radio.

Greece is expecting to receive a further bailout extension and a possible financial boost if the reforms are in compliance with the demands of the International Monetary Fund, the European Central Bank and the European Commission.

Tsipras recently announced that without a further financial assistance, the country will be facing a bankruptcy.

The Greek Finance Minister Nicos Kotzias also arrived in Germany Sunday, at the eve of the vital negotiations. Prior to his meeting with his counterpart and austerity measures advocate Frank Walter Steinmeier, Kotzias gave an interview for S?ddeutsche Zeitung.

The reparations owed to Greece after the damages caused during the WWII were again mentioned. Berlin authorities have avoided commenting on the topic, stating that the case is closed from both a political and a judicial point of view.
