The number of those charged with the murder of opposition politician Boris Nemtsov in end-February now amounts to three, sources say.
Hamzat Bahayev, who was among the five detained in March in relation to the murder, has also been indicted, Interfax reports citing a person "familiar with the situation".
Anzor Gubashev and Zaur Dadayev (the main defendant) are the others charged with the killing, and on Monday a fourth ruling is expected about Shagid Gubashev.
Dadayev, who had earlier owned up to having murdered Nemtsov, last week retracted his own confessions, explaining he had actually intended to save another person.
