Bulgarian Airline BH Air to Run Sofia-Kolkata Flights

Bulgaria’s government has tasked Bulgarian airline BH Air with conducting Sofia- Kolkata -Sofia flights.

The flight is envisaged in an existing agreement between the Bulgarian and Indian governments, according to the press office of the government.

The airline won the right to offer this service after wining a tender.

BH Air is obliged to start running flights along the route in 6 months.

Tasking a Bulgarian air carrier with conducting Sofia- Kolkata –Sofia flights is to contribute to increasing passenger traffic to and from Bulgaria, thereby paving the way for strengthening trade and economic relations and boosting tourist arrivals.
