Plovdiv Airport to Receive Chartered Flights from Turkey

This winter the Plovdiv airport will receive chartered flights with Turkish tourists arriving for a ski holiday in Bulgaria's mountain resorts, said Tourism Minister Nikolina Angelkova at the opening ceremony of the ski season in Pamporovo.
According to her, the current number of planned chartered flights is 43.
As previously reported, the Tourism Ministry forecasts a significant increase of Turkish tourists in the winter season.
The other two major Bulgarian ski resorts - Bansko and Borovets - are also opening the season on Saturday.
