Bulgaria is beginning to emerge from a 2-year political chaos, according to Radan Kanev, Chair of the right-wing Democrats for Strong Bulgaria (DSB) party and Co-Chair of the Reformist Bloc.

In a Sunday interview for the Bulgarian National Television, he commented that the positive impact of the formation of the new government was beginning to be felt 2 weeks its establishment.

“Economic statistics is now registering the first signs of a rebound, which is not attributable to some good measures adopted by the government but to nascent optimism in people and especially in small businesses that the chaos is finally coming to an end,” Kanev declared, as cited by Sega daily.

He pointed out that a parliamentary majority consisting of four parties was a serious challenge, adding that it would take extensive talks and understanding to overcome the significant degree of incomprehension and unfamiliarity between the MPs.

As regards thehttp://www.novinite.com/articles/164856/Nationalist+Party+NFSB+May+Withdraw+Confidence+in+Govt+in+24+Hours over the nomination of Orhan Ismailov for Deputy Defense Minister, Kanev said that the proposal of Defense Minister Nikolay Nenchev had to be treated with respect.

The Freedom and Dignity People's Party, the party behind Ismailov’s nomination, is one of the parties which make up the Reformist Bloc.

Kanev predicted a happy end to the dispute over Ismailov, adding that the Reformist Bloc had to show to its partners that it did not include Pro-Turkish or ethnic parties and its goal was to achieve unity of the nation.

Earlier on Sunday, Nenchev rejected claims that Ismailov had been a member of a pro-Turkish party and insisted that he was a professional with a proven track record.
