Tsvetana Pironkova Reaches Quarterfinals in Moscow

Tennis player Tsvetana Pironkova has qualified for the quarterfinals of the tournament in Moscow after scoring a quick victory in two sets over Serbian Aleksandra Krunic.

The best Bulgarian female tennis player defeated her opponent with 6: 2, 6: 3, which will ensure her a return to the top 40 in the world rankings, Dnevnik.bg reports.

The next round will get Pironkova USD 18,460 in prize money. In the quarterfinals she will face Romania's Irina-Camelia Begu.
