Bulgaria, Indonesia Sign Memorandum on Youth Policy, Sports

Bulgaria's caretaker Minister of Youth and Sport Evgenia Radanova and her Indonesian counterpart Roy Suryo Notodiprojo have signed a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of youth policy and sports.

The two countries agreed to promote cooperation between coaches, experts, professionals and researchers in the field of professional sports, sports for all, sports science, medicine and legislation, BGNES news agency reports.

The memorandum envisages the implementation of joint youth programs, exchange of visits, information and experience between youth organizations and government officials responsible for the youth policy in both countries.

The memorandum is signed for a period of five years, but it can be automatically renewed for five more years. Minister Radanova has stressed that the agreement will consolidate and develop the friendly relations between the two countries and will establish a wider base of support and understanding.
