Five parties will certainly have seats in next Bulgarian parliament, shows a Gallup poll, ordered by the bTV national channel.

The survey took place between September 27 and 30, among more than 1000 adult Bulgarian citizens.

According to the data, the centre-right GERB would get 33.9% of the votes, followed by the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) with 18.9% and the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS) with 15.1%. Next is the party of the TV host-turned-politician Nikolai Barekov Bulgaria Without Censorship with 5.9% and the centre-right Reformist Bloc with 5.7%.

Very close to the 4% threshold are three parties – the nationalist Patriotic Front with 4.4%, the nationalist Ataka with 4% and the party of former Bulgarian President Georgi Parvanov – ABV with 3.8%.

At the same time 55% of the respondents in the poll said they did not believe that elections will change anything.
