Journalist Ivo Hristov commenting on the appointment of Bulgaria's caretaker government on August 5 and on President Rosen Plevneliev's choice to name Georgi Bliznashki as Prime Minister.

Note: a "five-year plan" is a socialist-era method to manage the economy in the Soviet Union, but also in Bulgaria and other countries from the bloc.
