Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev has vowed to come up with a stance on Budget 2014 after a careful analysis of the draft.

Plevneliev, as cited by the Bulgarian National Television, gave no categorical answer on a question whether he would veto Budget 2014.

He underscored that the decision for the veto was not to be taken hastily and emotionally.

Plevneliev vowed that the President's Office would study the 2014 State Budget of the Republic of Bulgaria Act very carefully, adding that the outcome of the analysis could not be predicted.

Bulgaria's Parliament is still voting on Bulgaria's 2014 state budget. Thursday's sitting was extended by 10 pm.
