Bulgaria's Vivacom Issues Bonds for EUR 400 M

The Bulgarian fixed line and wireless operator Vivacom has issued bonds for EUR 400 M to refinance its existing obligations.

Vivacom, which was formerly known as BTC, listed the bonds on the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE) for a five-year period.

Credit Suisse (B&D) and VTB Capital Bank acted as coordinators for the deal, while Barclays and Deutsche Bank -  intermediates and Societe Generale - co-manager of the listing.
