2.8-Magnitude Earthquake Registered near Bulgaria's Varna

A 2.8-magnitude earthquake was registered Saturday afternoon near Bulgaria's Black Sea city of Varna.

The jolt was registered at 2.44 pm, according to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center.

The epicenter of the earthquake was 19km southwest of Dobrich and 171km away from Bucharest at a depth of 12 km.
